The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. ...

Base Camp Lodge - Albertville
Perfect for overnight stay, easy access off the main road. Great parking and wonderful breakfast, we hope to return.
