「Staff was friendly and helpful but the room need to be refreshed. The room design was straight out of the 1980s. The bathroom was redone but main room is tired.」

There was a strong mold smell, especially in the bathroom not only in my room, but also in my friend’s room. 「Very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). Carolina gave us many good tips about the surroundings and restaurants. Room was extra clean. We were there in summer so AC was very welcome. We each had one suitcase and a backpack which made storage a challenge in the small room. Provided breakfast was freshly prepared and extras could be purchased.」

「Traveling with my cousin and his family. Their room had no hot water on first night and first morning after. Staff was unaware that first afternoon after if it had been fixed. They had to switch rooms, and got a smaller room that our reservation. We asked for some sort of compensation for this major inconvenience (just for my cousin, not for me), and hotel said they couldn’t comp us breakfast because we paid thru Expedia but they would be in touch. However it is 3 days later and no contact...
