The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and the carpet looked dingy. The property needs some updates.

My wife and I arrived at 2:40 pm, knowing that after travelling all day that maybe we could check in before the standard check in time of 3:00pm. The front desk clerk immediately looked at our reservation and said our room wasn't ready. When asked when it might be ready, and she stated that the check in time is 3:00pm. We waited in the lobby. Two other couples came in right after us and their room was ready and were allowed to check in. At 3:05p I again asked if our room was ready, and we were told they are almost done cleaning it. At 3:15p the desk clerk said our room was finally ready. When asked if our room was special or something because the other couples were able to check in before us. The clerk said the hotel is sold out, and this room was assigned to us. The clerk then said that since we were booked through "EXPEDIA", that she had to fill in all our information into the computer. We were then give our key cards and advised that our room #119 was right next to the office and pool. We entered the room and immediately noticed that there had to be 20 children swimming in the pool next to our room and they were constantly screaming and kicking a soccer type ball against the watt that connects to our room. Our room shook for hours. There is apparently NO insulation at all between the wall and the pool. My wife eventually went to the front desk to inquire about changing rooms or talking to the kids about the noise. We were all but told we had an EXPEDIA room. Never again.

The room floor was uneven and a deep dangerous slope, there was no shower curtain in the room. The TV only got a few channels, and when I called to inquired that they did say they were making updates. The staff was pleasant and professional, parking was easy and they had a lot of restaurants and stores around that location.

Everything was decent but the room had an odor of some kind. Not awful enough to request a new room but we weren't staying very long.

This hotel is very poorly managed. My last few stays were not by choice but rather necessity. The cleanliness of the rooms and hallways are subpar. If a hotel gives you the ick, trust your gut and move hotels. During the most recent snow storm they had almost zero parking for guests. Cars were buried and guests that were checking in were digging out the snow so they could have a place to park. Management should have been all over hiring the first available plow truck to clean their parking lot. There was no excuse for a hotel of this size in a prime location to not be prioritizing this right away. In the end, I moved hotels and will not be staying there again unless the hotel is under new management and renovated top to bottom.
