「Jack and Becky are warm and welcoming. The barn is close to many attractions near the lake. Guests live downstairs and the owners upstairs. The breakfast and cat are great. The room and the whole barn are all wood, very stylish and interesting for city people like me. There is also an interesting heart-shape bathtub without the above-head showing faucet.」

「Check-in was quick and friendly. Mary and Layne were very kind and helpful. Room was already cool and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels. They had hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) with an adequate selection of other breakfast foods. I was very pleased with my room and service and plan on staying here again for future work trips.」

「I was pleasantly surprised with this location! The room was very spacious and very clean! The beds were super comfortable too! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Even when we were leaving, the owner thanked us for coming and shook our hands on the way out! Only reason this wasn't a 5 star rating was because the pool/hot tub was under repair. 」

「This was our second time staying here. We used hotels.com to book this time and did not know we had to request breakfast. But there’s a great coffee shop just a couple blocks away, so it was not an inconvenience. We love staying at this B&B. Chris, Scooby, and the cats are great! Will definitely stay next time we’re in Hannibal. Thanks again Chris」
