「One if the staff went above and beyond when asked about laundry. She was amazing. She was also upset.to mearn that cleaning staff had left the dirty towels holding the door of our room open when we had checked in. She picked them up and took them away.. My husband really enjoyed the course. Due to the gale force winds he was not able to golf the 2nd day and he was disappointed. But that can be Scotland!. 「Loved this area and the hotel staff! Everyone super nice and helpful. The area was great! It had many shops and some restaurants. I recommend Ruby nail salons (great pedicure and massage chairs!). I also must mention that I had an excellent massage therapy session with Suzanne at Saatva Wellness Center! As to the hotel, dining was really good! On-site was a pool and sauna. There is an elevator from ground to first floor only. I was very grateful to be able to get a first floor room as I have...
