「We can not express how perfect this hotel is. Our checkin was super simple, the valet drivers were all nice and helpful, the front desk people are super friendly and extremely helpful. We have never met more friendly people working at a hotel, every single person was so accommodating and made you feel welcome. We stayed in a king bed room and it was extremely clean and spacious. 「Gorgeous place- fantastic service overall, but our only complaint was that hospitality had trouble stocking necessities like a bath mat for the bathroom floor (all slippery tile) and providing soap/ shampoo/etc; it seemed like they didn’t realize that the bottles had labels and served different needs. 「I was happy with Fairfield Inn & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown! The front desk people and the valets were all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was a nice spread, better than I’d dared hope for a complementary breakfast. Everything provided was quality and had lots of selection. Also, the building was aesthetically pleasing, and clean. The lobby furniture was cool! Great service, great decor, nice rooms, quality free breakfast! What more could a person want?」

「Accommodations were good. Spacious room for 6 people. Amenities were also good free breakfast, no restaurant for dinner though but many to choose from on the strip. Only draw back only one car parking for reservation. Would recommend 」
