When we checked in, we were never informed that brunch was only available until 10:00 a.m. On the morning of our stay, we came downstairs shortly after 10:30 a.m. expecting to use our vouchers, only to find that the restaurant had already closed. 「Appreciated the upgraded suite upon arrival. Hot tub was not an amenity however that we wanted to use. King bed was comfortable. Not sure why parking and breakfast had to be additional charges, given how much we paid for room.」
