「Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. 「Maisson de Terre was a great base for exploring the Grand Mesa. Fascinating home. Great hosts. Terrific breakfast. Terrie and Marty and Ivy (pup) were very accommodating to us and our dog. At first when driving there, it seemed in the middle of nowhere. Then we realized that was part of the appeal (and the Grand Mesa is very accessible). We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.」

「This was such a delightful stay! My daughter and I had a weekend away and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The grounds are impeccable, there are views from every side, the grounds are covered in flowers and vineyards. We loved the pool area and wine reception as well as the breakfast. The only thing I will say is it isn’t a celiac friendly breakfast buffet, but any buffet wouldn’t be. This is hands down the best stay on the western slope! Do not skip this one!」
