They were huge with every facility required, fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. The reception and restaurant staff at the hotel were brilliant, friendly, helpful and attentive. We ate evening meal a couple of times and the food is really good and good value. Could not fault the place."

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "Staff was excellent, but the main reason I wanted to stay there was because I thought it had an onsite bar and restaurant (which it did, but we were discouraged from using). The hotel was still in a state of disrepair (maintenance crew and noise). Because it was so new, there weren't many people there, which was a bummer. I was hoping for a little bit of a social scene."
