「They charged me MAD 44 per person per night for tax although only MAD 13.2 was stated during booking! The service is poor either!! Only one towel was provided. We repeatedly made request to a lady at the counter for one more towel. She promised twice to send it to my room but it was not received until we made further request to another lady in the next evening. 」

「Staff was courteous and attentive. Wonderful staff. Great food and dining experience. The building interior and furnitures need to be updated to restore it to former palatial glory. Pictures online make it seem flawless but it needs beauty treatment. 」

「Hôtel très cosy, très propre. Le personnel est très agréable et au services du client. Nous sommes descendus deux fois dans cette hôtel et ils ont une très bonne qualité de service. Je le conseille vivement. Il est vrai que la chambre que nous avions ( pour nos deux séjours s’était la même 😂) était un peu petite et la salle de bain aussi, mais tout était propre. Si je dois mettre une note se serait 9/10.」
