From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. 「Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. 」

「Everything there was just extraordinary. The staff was very welcoming and they all did their jobs with smiles on their faces that was what stood out for me. The rooms and everywhere was always clean and the food was great as well. It’s a place to visit again. 」

「There were several pools.All spotless and well maintained. The beachfront is amazing as well. Turquoise waters, chair drink and snack service.Lunch cafe is right there as well. The beachfront was kept clean of debris.Beautiful turquoise water. Plenty of umbrella loungers . The staff here were excellent.
