「I enjoyed my stay at the accommodation and thought the staff were very helpful. This is great value for money!」

「Great room, clean sheets and towels, but it would be great that before guests arrive they should have the fridge on and also provide an iron and enough utensils.」

「Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. 「I would recommend this hotel due to fast service recouvery with professional staffs .」

「Tudo super lindo, limpo e organizado! Staff cordial, prestativa.」

「Very good!」

「Ruim huisje met terras en uitzicht op het park. Op zich niks verkeerd, maar niet helemaal zoals op de foto's op de website. Die waren, vermoed ik, van de nieuwere huisjes aan de andere kant. 「Absolutely stunning property with the nicest staff. Unforgettable experience」

「The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great.」
