"Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office "

"The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. A Perfect Place (except room 613!)

"My room was perfect. I have come to CityBox a few times before and have always enjoyed it except for the time I was given room 613 I believe it was, which was way too small. So small I could only stand in about half the room. That room should be turned back to the broom closet it once was!"

"This hotel takes me back in time.. not in my time.. I truly appreciate history and I love the decor of this hotel. Such careful attention was paid to the renovation to reflect the original build. We were even there for a Jazz Band and the only thing missing were retro costumes.. It could have been 1928. Very cool! The room was beautiful with lots of storage and the dinner options were amazing. Great places to eat right here at the hotel. It is a little off the path, but what fun it was to walk or take convenient transportation just outside the front entrance to explore the other parts of the city. Our stay was wonderful.. Thank you so very much."
