Be cautious when booking here. The property sits right next to train tracks and close to a highway, so the noise is constant and very loud—don’t expect a restful night’s sleep. During my stay, someone even tried the door handle, apparently attempting to enter the room, which was pretty unsettling. Since the property is self check-in with messaging only, there’s no staff on site to address situations like that. They do provide plenty of ear plugs, which says a lot, but oddly only two cups of coffee, one robe, and a single eye shade—even though the room is extremely bright. It really feels like they assume only one person will stay in the room, so plan and pack accordingly.

The room was spotless. The staff was amazing. The equipment in the exercise room was great. The cafe had the best speciality coffees and pastries. The staff was always available for any needs. I would definately stay here again when I am in the area.

You can tell that there was great effort put into making this hotel luxurious. And, the look of it fits the luxury aspect very well. However, there are several functional items that take away from that luxury aspect. The walk in shower configuration causes a lot of water to make it outside of the shower. The slope of the shower may be a bit shallow, but more particularly the door opening out and away from the non-adjustable shower spray allows water to get out of the shower when you open the door. Also, the water heater for the shower did not work and the only way to access the handle is by being in the stream of the water. Checking to see if the water is warm then requires the door to be open….which increases the puddle on the floor outside of the shower. The split system hvac unit is a little confusing for the average person to operate. It also takes quite a long time to actually warm up the space. And, the condenser unit seems to be mounted above ceiling and seems to have no sound dampening. The entire room shakes like a helicopter is taking off directly above us when the unit is running. The barn door for the bathroom is a poor choice for privacy. There are gaps on the sides of the door and it rolls toward the open position slightly when in what is supposed to be the fully closed position. Not all was bad, there were some good things too: Nice touch on the black towel for the removal of makeup. The carport is really nice. It was great to be able to drive right up to th

NO INTERNET! They lied on all sites saying there is WiFi access. Do not stay here, there are no hotel staff on site and they couldn’t care less that there was no internet access. I called the first morning at 6:30 am to say that I work remote and I was expecting the free wifi access that was promised with my room. They said they would look into it and never called me back. They did send a lady from the cafe over who confirmed that the internet wasn’t working on my laptop and she didn’t have internet access from her phone either. She told me to go over to the cafe for breakfast because there was internet. After ordering a latte and breakfast, there wasn’t any internet there either, which the same lady confirmed. I called Expedia at 11 to complain. They told me to leave the hotel and they would comp me the night. I thought they meant the first night but they meant the second night. I left the hotel and booked somewhere else and I never got the refund. No access to gym either. The code that was provided didn’t work for the gym. So no gym access, no internet and you call yourself a boutique hotel?!?!? Cute hotel but I would never stay there again. Expedia and this hotel were a major disappointment!!!

I was really disappointed in the lack of response and communication from the owners, but also havily disappointed in the ridiculously tiny and inconvenient toilet/shower/bathroom setup. Feels unsanitary, absolutely no space to sit on the toilet, everything gets all wet. No counter space at all. I loved the diffuser and convienent parking, but really needs to rethink the layout it does not work and i am petite.

The room was ok. The bathroom door lacked 5-6 inches of closing completely. The check in process was difficult and long. I was very frustrated with check in and just trying to get access to the room.
