One of the cleanest, well designed hotels I've ever stayed. The grounds are manicured, the courtyard surrounding the rentals being simply awesome. The staff was extremely helpful!

Clean room, beautifully decorated, nice amenities, helpful staff, excellent little coffee shop. Very quiet which was surprising due to the closeness of the freeway. Very relaxing pool. The whole environment was very serene and peaceful.

Nice little private a secure place. I appreciated the single car garage port that every unit seemed to have, made it very easy to unload the car. There is no office and no staff so it felt like an Air BnB experience. No issues though, I had a nice stay and will definitely consider staying again.

This is a hidden gem located in the Salida/Modesto area. Once you enter the gates, you’re like in a whole New World. It looks to be an old motel turned into a highly sophisticated little hotel. Where they’ve redone each room in a beautiful way. Clean lines great color palette (black and white) and a lot of attention to detail. The pool is really pretty and the outdoor seating areas are as well. There is a coffee shop located within the property as well. It’s a beautiful stay for not a lot of money.

The entrance was a little hard to find, but it is because the hotel is gated around, but you can see the screen where you can put in your access code, but the check in must be done before you arrive on-line so you can receive the entry code. There is not staff on-site everything is done by e-mail, you can contact a number given in the confirmation e-mail, but they will ask you to email them. Everything is good I liked each room has their parking port, plus their is additional parking. The only thing I did not like were the restroom along with the shower were toooo small and the water would even go into the bedroom. The best part was the AC was good and the beds were sooo comfortable, so besides the shower I would consider staying again...p.s near alot of fast-food restaurants within 5 minutes

The property was beautiful and well kept. I’m frustrated in the lack of assistance. I now know that it’s a self check in system, with no one, literally no one, to help with basic things, like to ask if there’s an ice machine, only an email that I never heard back from. Just cameras everywhere. After check out/ leaving, I was charged an additional hold fee/ incidentals, I emailed (because no one is there to answer a phone) but never got a reply. I will be taking it up with my credit card. Same with asking about an ice machine, no reply. Luckily there is a liquor store walking distance and they sold ice. Also I selected the “pay at property” option but was charged 2 days before arrival. Very frustrating, but the place was pretty.

Unique experience. Like the garage right by the unit. The code and nobody in the office was intimidating at first. Once we saw our code opened the gate and room. All went well. Some quirky but cool things like the toilet inside the shower. Nice little coffee/breakfast roll shop. Easy check-in. Would stay again.
