"It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. "

"Laundry facilities helpful. Restaurant staff was a bit distant. Location excellent- nice to see the water, instead of another building out the window!"

"This hotel is located about 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking to the train station and shopping area. The room was decent size and very clean but the layout was a little odd. There was a tv but not really angled to watch it from the bed or the seating area. The bathroom was very small with a weird step up and raised threshhold at the bathroom doorway and a small deep bathtub typical of Japanese business hotels. We arrived for breakfast at about 8:45. Breakfast was not great as a hybrid set menu and buffet since the buffet was not replenished as items ran out. The front desk staff could use some customer service training; they are a little awkward and not proactive. The shuttle to the train station was helpful and ran every half hour in the morning and late afternoon. Be on time for the shuttle because the schedule is the schedule."

"This is an older hotel, as you can see from the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well maintained it is. A typical business hotel with everything you need. It was the first hotel during my six weeks in Japan that provided charging cables for all kinds of devices. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the ferry terminal. My personal highlight was the onsen. It is small, but very nice and exceptionally clean. The owner is extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay."

"C'est un endroit exceptionnel: personnel disponible et souriant, buffet complet et délicieux, Onsen très chaud. Grande Chambre très bien équipée. Petit détail : j'aurais aimé un deuxième oreiller, je n' ai pas demandé peut -étre que l'on me l'aurait accordé. Autre petit détail : une barre de soutien dans la salle de bain serait apprécié vu la profondeur de la baignoire."

"A beautiful room in a beautiful hotel. So very close to the JR line station (200 meters door to door), easy access to the rest of Japan via the Shinkansen Trains, a great hub for exploring Western/Southern Japan. Only 30 minuets to Hiroshima, 2 hours to Osaka, and under 5 hours to Tokyo."
