ゆっくりくつろげました。ただ連泊でしたが、トイレットペーパーが少なく自分で買い足しました。又、連泊中に清掃やタオル等の交換がなかったのが残念です。

もうこの施設は利用する事はないでしょう。 施設の不備が多いので一部、返金を求めたいです。 大人2名、子供2名の家族でA棟を利用させて頂きました。 写真や紹介文にも記載されている事と実際の多くが異なります。 子供が楽しみにしていた屋外パラソル、屋外のハンモック、ベッドルームにあるハンモック、撤去されてます。 またコーヒーメーカーは使用できません。 簡単な食器もありますが人数分なく、不備が多く補充されてなく、かなり不親切です。 リネン交換の連絡先は既に変更されており、使えなくなっていました。偶然来られた清掃会社の方についでに変えてもらいました。 契約されている清掃会社の方はとても親切ですが、やはり分からない事もあり。 連絡先のオペレーター？は物件の詳細を知らず、また沢山の物件の一次連絡先となっているとの事。やりとりが大変です。 計画されてる方は詳細確認されるか、変更をお勧めします。

とてもきれいでよかったです！ただ雨だったのでバーベキューがあまりできなかったのがただただ残念でした、、、、今度来たときにばBBQセット頼んでみたいと思いました！ありがとうございました！
