「Nice costumer service 」

「The shower only had cold water and the neigbours were very loud in the morning. 」

「各方面都好，尤其是有厨房和厨具。但是美中不足一点油和盐都没有。如果提供一点盐和油就好了。唯一不满意的是遮光窗帘拉下来后味道难闻，所以我们住的三天都没有敢再拉下来，早上早早就被亮光叫醒。除此之外，我很满意，如果下次来危地马拉市我还选这里！」

「客廳很大, 包含一個廚房, 一個dining area, 一個客廳但是兩個沙發, 房間很舒適, 廁所也有水準, 房間有大玻璃可以看到庭院, 設備很好, 床很舒適」

「Renee the Hotel Staff was very helpful and friendly. Provided drinking water, got us a fan. Told us places to see and have dinner. 」

「cozy and pretty. good location. no direcciones on code to enter and where to leave the kay. no recycling bins」

「Communication was consistent. They have a number you can WhatsApp. My first night there, the water was out for the whole island, but they turned on the emergency water so that I can shower. It’s at the entrance of the island, so you won’t have great lake view like the hotels on the west side of the island. Everything on the island is so easily walkable though that it’s not really unnecessary. Also, no hot water, but that’s also unnecessary. Water is cool enough for the hot weather. 」

「Todo el lugar muy Bonita cómoda , limpia muy hogareña … un lugar recomendado por su comodidad muy amplia … Lo único malo q podría decir que el ruido de la construcción que había en la propiedad no fue muy buena ya que con un bb no fue cómodo … aparte que el último día no se respeto como devia de ser la hora de salida .. tuvimos que salir con prisa por que nos dijeron q a qué horas nos íbamos por que tenían que limpiar la casa …y aún no se llegaba la hora de dejar la propiedad según la...
