「The reception staff told us everything there is to know about the skiing.They sell the ski lift passes at the reception. Ski equipment rental is next door, access to the slopes is across the street from the hotel. Very convenient, zero wait times everywhere, from rental to lifts/gondolas/restaurants on the slopes. The 5 course meal at the hotel was fantastic. 」

「Nicht zu empfehlen. Im Prinzip solide Unterkunft, aber es kommt zu signifikanten zusätzlichen Kosten die auf der Webseite und dem Buchungsprozess nicht genannt werden. Bei uns war das bei Check In eine Endreinigungspauschaule verlangt wurde, die rund ein Drittel der gesamten Buchungssumme ausgemacht hat... Außerdem wird eine Kaution verlangt die auch zwei Wochen nach der Reise immer noch nicht wieder freigegeben wurden.」

「Das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich waren wirklich schön, aber das Erlebnis im Restaurant hat unseren Aufenthalt leider deutlich überschattet. Das À-la-carte-Essen war eine große Enttäuschung. Wir mussten extrem lange warten, und beim Beef Tatar war die Butter sogar ranzig – so etwas sollte in einem Restaurant dieser Kategorie absolut nicht vorkommen. Besonders unangenehm war außerdem der Service: Der Kellner reagierte sichtbar genervt, als wir uns gegen das Buffet und für À la carte entschieden...

「The stay was very enjoyable. The views and surroundings are beautiful. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. We also enjoyed the spa and only comment we have is that we wished the jacuzzi water should be warmer. In addition, we were surprised that at the 4 star hotel there was no bottled water available in the room.」
