"This was the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in! The lobby and common areas had an amazing view of the city. The ambience was so serene and calming. The sunrise view from our room was awesome. The room was clean and very well equipped. The hotel provided everything from cutlery (usually missing in most hotels) to a wireless speaker, to bath salts to even a coffee bean grinder. The only small complaint was that the space was very tight for a 3-single-bed configuration. The location was great too - Family Mart in the basement and plenty of shopping + eateries without even leaving the building. Would stay here again!"

"Bed was a little hard, however everything else was great. Very close to Ghibli Park and Toyota Auto museum. Had English speaking staff. Had tower parking with car size restrictions, but offered us a parking space directly outside the hotel for ¥1000 per night."

The shower was amazing, one of the best shower experiences in my life - the water felt soft and the layout of the bathroom made the most sense. The TV was a smart TV with streaming options. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. "
