「When I arrived for breakfast on time, eggs and milk were gone, no tea bags, no attendant. Totally inadequate! Although the room was billed at accessible, a wheelchair did not fit beside the bed, the shower had no seat or hand held water. Staff eventually supplied a metal folding chair with a padded seat. Totally inadequate!」

「We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Our check in gal Janet was the nicest check in person I have ever had in my many hotel stays. She is an asset to this hotel I was very impressed by this hotel. Nicest I’ve ever been to. My Granddaughter recently moved to Hakes Corners. We will definitely always pick this place to stay when we visit. Only negative was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs would be a much better choice than the cheese omelette they offered. Tasted like made with cheese whiz. Thx Janet you were awesome」

「The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. 」

「Beautiful, crisp, clean hotel with amazing staff. Free sleep well packages were well curated with pillow spray, face mask, and earplugs provided due to proximity to highway. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was high quality and fresh.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was average. Pool area includes a hot tub which is large but paint peeling inside. Spring break so lots of noise. Complimentary breakfast included. Parking was easy and accessible. 」

「Only issue with this property was the seating proximity to the food. Very tight quarters trying to move around the line with chairs so close. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」
