「酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。」

「I liked that the property was near the freeway, and the front desk person was kind. However, the room was not properly maintained, it was very late and I had un packed when I noticed everything else, the sink and faucet were not cleaned it had tartar. The tub was dirty and moldy, not able to shower, the towels were old and stained. And the toilet was not washed/ cleaned properly it was dirty and stained by someone who had used it by going number2.」

「AC works well. Staff is friendly and helpful. The chair for the desk is trash and falling apart. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. And the entry door has no safety or security locks.」

「Only Rent is property if you are okay with the following: Unclean patio dim or non operatable lights in the rooms no Iron provided (was explicitly told that the host does not provide irons) TV with no remote and uses Roku and constantly re-boots thus is usable. must use a Roku mobile app that shows ads every 4 clicks listening to crickets through the vents at night. If you are fine with the above, feel free to make a reservation.」

「The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.」

「We loved the 1960's charm but it could use some updating and yardwork - but it has so much potential and i hope it gets a make over. we loved the pool and felt transported back in time with the 60's architecture」

「The apartment was clean and very spacious. Check in and stay went very well. The beds were extremely comfortable. Overall the stay was great, but there is a few things I wish we’d known upfront. There is assigned covered parking but it is quite far from the apartment door. The futon in the living room is very small and so uncomfortable it was painful to sit on for any length of time. Also the work space consisted of an uncomfortable chair and tiny desk barely big enough for a laptop and note...

「I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. 」
