It was okay.. Its a run down building that could use some maintenence, you can tell the rooms probably havent been scrubbed down scrubbed down since who knows when, but it was comfortable. We didntbhave any issues with safety, the neighbors were super friendly, lical convenience stores and fast food restaurants. within walking distance. They had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap and towels in the room. Other than being over charged by Expedia we had a great stay.

After an eventful day of getting soaked in the rain and tracking dirt and water into our hotel room, the hotel clerk was courteous and obliging to provide the needed equipment to clean and dry our room. We had a very pleasant night at this hotel.

Neglected to convey that room service had to be requested. There weren't enough towels or wash cloths for everyone. No glassware to take pills with. Evenhough the desk guy was helpful I was at the desk quite a few times.

Play Stupid Games Win Stupid Prizes

Went in to the room the refrigerator had defrosted an leaked so I went to the front desk and was told there were no other rooms. Keep in mind its midnight, so my husband and three kids with me, I asked for towels to clean it and I am handed a 4 by 8 fiber cloth when its a major amount of water on the ground and we explain this is not going to help and he said well i am just going to issue you a refund as if it was so much to ask for assistance in cleaning up a mess that was present in a room that was supposed to be clean. What makes it worse is I had done business at the hotel and the previous gentleman working were great and that was some months back. Its amazing that this is considered good customer service. Its not I rate this interaction at a Negative 10,000 for failing to attempt an issue that is a management problem and not a customer problem. Now they haven't answered hotels.com calls to confirm my refund, why am I not suprised. Raggedy businesses do Raggedy things, never fails.

Run down, very bare bones. Stayed only because of a dust storm. The toilet seat was broken & shifted terribly causing me to almost fall on the floor the first time I used it. Very dangerous! Deadbolt lock required assistance from manage on the outside pulling as hard as he could & me on the inside pushing to get it to turn & latch. Room looked like a teenager made up the bed & horrid sheets which were extremely worn & dingy. Floor not swept & a wet towel was rolled up on bathroom counter & no clean linens provided. Th only good thing to say really about this property is that the manager on duty was extremely helpful with rapid response to the issues, friendly & professional. I wish I could remember his name as he deserves kudos. Also I could add that it was quiet inside the room despite being very, very near busy interstate.

I booked this hotel for my husband after a work trip. He was going to arrive there between 1AM and 3AM so I called the hotel to make sure he could check in. They said no problem. When he arrived there was this “self check-in” computer that had zero instructions and a phone number that we called 10 times and got no answers from. He was frustrated after a long trip. We finally figure out the computer, it said that our reservation wasn’t made (even though we had called and confirmed earlier that afternoon) and they made us pay all over again. Mind you he stayed because at this point it was 4AM and nothing else was open. When he got to the room he said it was disgusting and there was this RED dust all over the place. He woke up with bites!! He got there at 4AM and left at 8AM because he couldn’t stand the place. We’ve stayed at multiple hotels at the same rate and they were clean and much more convenient than this. We are never staying here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
