「Not as per advertised. Carpet floor has stains looks dirty. Bad odour when we entered the room. Dirty entrance. Not as per pictures advertised.」

「Staff/host was friendly to talk to. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Good amenities and great location. Loved that we could bring our pet and had no hassles at all. Quiet location too. Only 5 mins drive to Napier city, very close to walks and beach. 」

「Napier best view to the lake, very close to nice restaurant, open the window you can see the lake, done stair you have "milk & honey" which is very good restaurant. we stay here for 2 night and very enjoy such slow, quite, small town 」
