"The check in with smooth. They spoke Japanese along with Chinese and English. There were snacks, water and tea available in the lobby. The place was a bit outside of city center however a very comfortable stay. I just wish they had more dressers in the room. Seems to be a consistent theme in Taiwan no dressers and storage in the rooms"

After reaching out several times with no response I ended up booking the room for an additional night to ensure it would be available. Then they responded to me. Many things didn’t work. "The room was fantastic - spacious, neat, tidy, and clean. The rest of the property is a little run down and in a sketchy neighborhood. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly. And so, if you're just looking for a good night sleep without any frills or extras, this is a place for you."
