Very disappointing stay. The staff who checked us in were kind and welcoming, and I want to acknowledge that. Unfortunately, one staff member’s disrespectful handling of a misunderstanding involving my food left me embarrassed and uncomfortable. What made it worse was management’s complete lack of follow-up after I reported what happened. I expected my concerns to at least be acknowledged, but nothing was done. I also did not feel comfortable with the surrounding area, and the hotel’s location and amenities were not what I expected. The issue was not every staff member—it was how one situation was handled and how management chose not to handle it afterward. I would expect much better communication and accountability from hotel management.
