「We travel a lot.... but we fell in love with FLÜHLI 😀 best kept secret in Switzerland!!! The staff at the hotel are the BEST! So extremely helpful and giving of their time and knowledge. Mark and Marc (yes, same name), provided multiple gems of knowledge and insight to the places only the locals go. AMAZING!!!! For our next trip to Switzerland, we plan on using Flühli as our hub/Basecamp and do a series of day trips from there. I don't leave recommends often, but I would kindly advise you...

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「This is the low season during Xmas that we know in Swiss , but lack of Staff's to serve customer in this hotel, long waiting for checking out for 25 min, no one in Reception..v poor feeling to wasting our time with No response,.. in the Room , no kettle , hot water u need to go down to the Bar, no coffee machine 2 , why , we do not know ？」

「デザイン ダブルルームに2泊、シャワー室が半分ぐらいを締め、ツインベッドが置かれると、狭さを感じた。ベッドメーキングはあったがバスタオルの変えが無かった。 良かったのはパークホテルの名の通り、トーン湖の目の前のガーデンが広く、庭も行き届いており、安らぐ空間であった。朝食は品数や種類は他の宿泊ホテルと変わらずだが、野菜類が少なかった。湖を眺めながらサウナーに入れたのは良かった。」

「It is a very cozy place to stay. The staffs are very nice and would give good travel recommendations. It takes 10mins walk to the station or you can take the bus for free. The room is clean and large, sufficient tools for cooking various type of dishes.」

「Very old outdated property, short staffed located 3 miles up on the hills using one winding road to get there. the bus came once every hour and dropped off at West train station. I had to take another bus to get to Ost train station where the city center was located. unless you are 7 ft tall the bath tub was high and dangerous to get in and out. the ceiling was angled and slopped low above the bed.」
