「Good hotel, very nice surroundings and peaceful. The hotel has a good heated pool indoors, and sauna, just the jacuzzi need be fix the jets for it too work better. 「Good location, clean, friendly staff. I came in September, the ocean is too cold to go in at that time. Also, the hot water in the shower did not have good pressure. Otherwise, excellent. Friendly staff, good restaurant, close to the beach & some shopping & restaurants.」

「 I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet. I stayed there before a cruise and the cab ride to the terminal only took a few minutes. That was a real convenience. The hotel was within sight of the ship and no hotel was any nearer. I got to San Antonio by bus from Santiago and the taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel only took about 15 minutes.」
