"bad service, no intention to help, expedia offered me a room that was not suitable for the people traveling (1 bed for 3 people), extra charges unknown undisclosed something about state taxes 72 BRLs a day. The only thing that worked was the location"

"The staff at the desk and pool was absolutely wonderful. Great location for Copacabana beach-going. However, the room was not very good. The pool and number of lounge chairs were much too small for this size hotel. The breakfast was good but the seating was crowded. "

"This is a great property. Great service, cool rooftop pool with the best view ever, clean, professional staff and in a perfect location. Lots of dining and activities surrounding the property. I would return if I came back to Rio de Janeiro."

"The best feature that the hotel has is location. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful . However , the rooms had very bad stained towels and sheets . The AC unit was old that it didn’t work properly. "

"There was a huge coachorage in my bathroom and after I hardly killed that oneand couldn’t sleep I saw another one next day. I asked them to change my room and they said they can’t and they don’t have any room. After I insisted so hard they accepted and all of a suddeb there was another room. I know there are coachorages hidden behind bathroom doors wooden pieces, so if you get that kind of room where there is space they can hide you will most likely sleep with one and even see it and scream like I did. God they are huge!!!"

"This was a really nice hotel about a seven minute walk to Copacobana beach. This Hotel is frequented by Jews. So if you dont like their Obnoxious, self centered, Rude, Arrogant, & A sundry of more things attributed to these scourge of humanity this might not be your place to stay. That saying the Hotel is definitely a nice choice."
