「到機場後，建議不要用走的到飯店，非常難走，google map的路線是錯誤的，你要在機場找飯店的對講機，請飯店來載你。另外飯店接駁車開始時間是凌晨五點，五點前妳需要去機場必需自己推行李走過去。另外此飯店於hotel. com上未公開接駁車時間，我寫信去問也都不回信，感受很差，故給差評。」

「A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.」

「Decent hotel but nothing in the area」

「If not for the way I was welcomed at my arrival by an incompetent lady who did not take the time to take names on arrival and made 20 people wait for more then 40 minutes room assignment. fortunrtly her shift finished and was replaced by a lovely young lady who took the time to help us. True checkin is at 3 pm but when you get there at 2:45 and you still have to wait until 3:30 pm to get a room....it is a problem」

「到了晚上突然沒有冷氣,打電話給櫃檯人員,她只是叫我們"open window", 打開窗戶雖然涼爽,但有蚊蟲飛入房間且因飯店鄰近機場,飛機起降及往來車輛吵雜,雖其餘設施不錯,但因這點影響了我們對飯店的觀感.」

「I didn’t realise my Hilton Honour member, free upgrade and called to pick up fr airport was fast and comfortable. Clear and big room. High quality showed head and Crabtree products. Great experience 」

「Il manque sérieusement d'un bon coup de peinture sur les murs de la chambre (trace sur les murs très importantes notamment au niveau de la tête de lit) c'est dommage car l'établissement est sympa et la réceptionniste très professionnelle」

「We like the staffs, they are very helpful. Nice bars and pool. However, the location is very far to the city. It takes a half hour to go to the city and the Ubar / taxi price is quite high in that area, So be careful. Also, nothing much around that area. 」

「交通有8路公車到市區。走路也還好。我們當成運動。有廚房。可惜櫃檯服務人員面無表情太過冷淡。不過住過幾家好像都是這樣。 以後不會再去也不推薦朋友去。 浴室小。千萬不要忘記自備盥洗用品。」

「櫃台及餐廳服務人員都很好，房間很大浴室很大，廚具不大但很完備，以歐式早餐而言旅館提供的算豐富又好吃，唯一小小缺點是浴室不知是浴缸還是洗手台有點漏水，地板一直都溼溼的。」

「Highly recommend for people who need to catch early flight! Staffs are very kind and friendly. If you have problems, they try to help you! Also the shuttle to airport is very convenient! The room was clean and comfortable! The only thing could be improved is I can hear people talking on the phone who live next to my room and also when people left and made some noise on the corridor.」
