"I wrote a letter to the company that owns this particular holiday in stressing how nice everyone was because I had to hang out in the lobby until my flight left at 8 PM.
In the morning, I can’t remember her name now, walked across the street to the other Holiday Inn in the 0° weather and got me some toothpaste!
That was amazing because it was so so so so cold and she went above and beyond !!!"

"Clean room, friendly staff. Slept well. Not sure if they are in charge of the parking lot or not though, but it had not been cleaned so was very slippery. But since I don’t know if they are in charge of maintenance of it I won’t deduct stars. Oh and the host cat was cute, 10 out of 10 for pets"
