「Great hotel, friendly staff」

「Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Good selection at breakfast. 」

「Our room temperature was 65 degrees at check in late in the evening. No response when front desk was called. Next morning it was 58 degrees. Front desk response was "I'll make a note for the manager when he comes in." No maintenance response. The body wash dispenser was empty. There was debris in the kitchenette sink.」

「There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. 「Front desk person was very nice and friendly and the only one on staff with a full hotel. Bed was horrible, internet went down, no shampoo in the shower, plug in for the TV was missing, bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Wouldn't stay there again」
