Omggggggggggg this is my first time traveling alone in my 20s they made my first hotel visit my best hotel experience breakfast was tea ( which means good ) front desk was wonderful GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE they took real good care of me I was very cold they offered me a heater and maintenance came next day fixed it I loveeee it !!!!

Absolutely amazing staff! The hospitality was over the chart. The manager over cleaning was such a sweet lady. She went out of her way to do anything that was needed. This is an adequate place to stay. The staff is nice and the accommodations good for the price. While it is an okay place to start one's exploration of Minneapolis, the Downtown area is rather desolate unless one uses the skywalk (many parts of which is closed in the evenings).
