Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous.

Would give 0 stars but that wasnt an option. Outdated vs dirty are 2 different things but this place was outright dirty. Stained sheets. Moldy dirty pool area which also had ants. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6am but it didnt open until later so by the time our shuttle got there at 6:15 it wasnt open, we were hoping to grab a coffee before the shuttle but couldnt. Toilet in our room didnt work.

The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there.

The breakfast could use an upgrade. One hot tub was down and the pool room definitely needs some work. Our room definitely could have used a good cleaning. (We did not complain but probably should have said something). We stayed in room 315 and the toilet clogged every other flush. (Even with nothing in the toilet) When we went to go down to the front desk a plunger was outside our door with plastic wrapped on bottom of plunger) leaving us the impression they already knew about the toilet issue. I did alert the front desk regarding the issue just in case upon leaving. We have stayed here a few times and haven’t had a problem but this time wasn’t great as far as condition of room and hotel if I’m being honest. Staff has been great everytime!

My husband and 3 teen children stayed for 3 nights. It was an ok stay, but there were definite issues. The one positive thing is that the staff was always as helpful as they could be. The other things to know include: breakfast was ok but a big frustration was that there was never any caffeinated coffee. Each morning only the decaf container was set out. And, then the 3rd morning my college age daughter over heard the ladies in charge of breakfast saying that they took the decaf sign off and something about it tasted fine so nobody would know, leading her to think they were trying to trick people into thinking it was caffeinated. Also, we stayed in a suite with a sofa bed. We asked for pillows for the bed. They did give us 2, but had no pillow cases. The front desk was creative and gave me 2 sheets to wrap around them which was fine and a first and worked, but was weird. Another thing, we had 5 people staying there and requested enough towels so we each had one. We didn’t have room service come in and so hung our towels to dry. But, by the 3rd morning we needed some fresh towels. My husband went down to ask and was told they had none. He was told they were clean but not folded. The front desk did offer to bring some up, which they did when we were at breakfast after everyone had showered, sharing damp towels as best we could. Also, the pool area was ok, but my daughter said the hot tub definitely needed cleaning. Also, other guests were swimming in their underwear.

I was told I was going to have a bathtub in the king suite and there wasn’t one.. the only reason why I paid that much for the room. In the room, half the lights did not work. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. and there were sticky wet spots all over the carpet in the room. Also the stick to pull open the blinds broke off. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the water from the shower made my ears itch.

Check in was smooth, but the elevator and hallway of floor 2 were very smelly, sort of a mixture of cigarettes, weed, and stale humans. Thankfully the room was clean and odourless. Pool area did not have towels, but we went later in the evening so it was not too surprising. One of the two hot tubs was out of order and roped off, the hot tub that was available was clean and HOT. Did not get in the pool, but it looked clean and there was a family happily playing in the water together. Breakfast area was clean, selection was the usual basics like waffles, cheese omelette, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, yogurt and dry cereal.

The staff was really nice and the room was very comfortable. Check-out at 12pm is REALLY nice! The ride to/from the airport was less than 15minutes and scheduling the ride was easy.You get your money's worth with them for sure
