「First the property was beautiful. Just want to mention, it was not very accessible. You need to rent a car or taxi, nothing is even close to being walkable. I rented this unit because it was close to the airport and we were leaving out the next day. Check in process... we got lucky that housekeeper was in the parking lot when we arrived. I had horrible phone service and was not able to access without wifi. She gave me the wifi password and then had to contact owner. So not so easy to...

Management offered no real apology or reaction; they just changed our room. The rooms themselves are completely stuck in the 1990s, and feature terrible, paper-thin mattresses. No soap or paper towels in the kitchenette. The service is highly inconvenient with the reception desk only open from 8 AM to 8 PM....
