It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."

"The staff at this hotel are fantastic. This includes hotel staff and restaurant staff. Room was clean and had everything you need. The food at the restaurant was very good. It is very close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Building which has a viewing area on the 45th floor and a light show every night. A must see when in the area. It is located about 15-20 minutes from Shinjuku station so walking to and from the station with luggage was a bit of a struggle. However you could take a taxi if walking that distance with all your luggage is difficult.They said they were doing renovations on the building a there would be noise but we heard nothing. There is a bakery in the lobby that was always busy. Would recommend this hotel is you want to stay in a quieter area of Shinjuku."
