最高にリラックスできました

黒川温泉の温泉街からは少し離れたところにありますが、非常に閑静な場所にあり、この上なくリラックスできました。 部屋には備えつきの半露天風呂がありますが、これがあまりにも快適で、露天風呂を利用しませんでした。 また、併設のバーがあり、ここで飲んだフルーツカクテルは抜群に美味しく、1杯だけのつもりが2人で6杯も飲んでしまいました。 夕食は頼まなかったのですが、これもまたバーテンダー様曰くかなり美味しいそうで、頼まなかったのが残念です。 終始丁寧なサービスでとても気持ちがよく過ごすことができました。 是非また訪れたいと思います。

Kurokawa Onsen Visit

An amazing property nestled at the edge of the Kujū Mountains and just east of the town of Kurokawa Onsen. Check-in with the staff was welcoming and seamless. After an explanation of the hotel services and layout, the front desk helped us select a spot for dinner in town and called in our reservation. It was much appreciated after a day of touring the Aso-Kujū National Park region by car. Our room was spotless and spacious. The inn-provided clothing and amenities were great. The private, hot-springs bath was the obvious highlight in the room. It provided such a calming spot for a soak. And the surrounding setting amongst the mountain hills was so tranquil. Our time at Satonoyu-Waraku was truly splendid!

スタッフさんのご対応もとてもよく暖かい方ばかりでした。お部屋ももちろん温泉も全てにおいて清潔感があり、落ち着いて部屋でのんびり過ごせました！空気がすごく綺麗な場所ですので夜は星空がとても綺麗で感動しました！是非また泊まりに行かせて頂きたいです！この度は本当にありがとうございました！

Expensive for the experience.

I wouldn't go there again. The room was clean though aged. We slept well, the private onsen was nice and the food was pretty good if you liked shellfish, raw fish, etc. But it was expensive and not worth the money. Not because they don't provide the amenities but just how the whole space is laid out and how the service came across. I can't put my finger on it. Don't use the public bath here if you are curious to try. It is bare minimum and in shambles.

大満足の宿泊でした。

到着から翌日の出発まで、大変快適に気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。 雰囲気のあるフロント、想像以上に素敵で快適なお部屋、そして半露天の内風呂、浴衣で利用できるバーなど施設の敷地内で贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 夕食、朝食でいただいたお料理は、どれも丁寧に作られていて、とても美味しかったです。 お部屋の設備やアメニティに関しても、あげたらきりがないほど気配りがされていて嬉しかったです。お布団、リネン類がとても気持ちが良かったです。 次回は2泊してみたいです。その時には、バーで季節のフルーツカクテルをいただくことも楽しみにしています。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

편안한 휴식을 위한 최상의 공간

성인의 휴식을 위한 최상의 공간이었습니다. 객실, 서비스, 온천, 료칸 위치 등 모든 것이 휴식을 위해 잘 준비된 느낌이었습니다. 우선 위치에 대해서 말씀 드리자면, 구로카와 계곡의 최상류 지역에 위치해 있습니다. 주변에는 미야마 산소, 야마미즈키, 오야도 노노하나, 호잔테이 등이 있는 곳인데요. 고급 료칸들이고 띄엄띄엄 위치해 있어서 방해 받을 일이 없습니다. 아무래도 마을 중심부는 아기자기하긴 해도 온천 순례객들이 많고 이로인해 료칸에 투숙하지 않더라도 관광객들이 온천욕을 위해 료칸 내부로 들어오는 경우가 많거든요. 신경 쓰시는 분들께는 상당히 번잡스럽고 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 와라쿠의 경우 그런 온천만 하는 관광객이 거의 오지 않는 곳이기도 하고, 주변에 다른 료칸이 없다 보니 굉장히 고요합니다. 근처의 야마미즈키만 보더라도 노천탕이 유명하다 보니 주차장이 하루 종일 북적입니다. 고즈넉한 료칸을 찾아 쉬러 왔는데 그런 북적임과 번잡스러움이 있다면 한번 고민해 보시는게 좋을 듯 합니다. 그런 면에서 와라쿠는 너무 조용하고 고요했구요. 또 다른 특징으로는 상류다 보니 하류에 위치한 료칸들 보다 훨씬 쾌적했습니다. 객실은 다다미가 있는 일본식 객실에서 묶었는데요 인테리어도 고급스럽고 깔끔했습니다. 방 크기도 일반적인 료칸과 비교하면 상당히 넓은 편이구요. 별채는 아니지만 별채형식으로 되어 있구요, 모든 객실이 테라스와 반노천 온천이 포함되어 있습니다. 반노천 온천에서는 졸졸졸 흐르는 계곡물 소리를 들으면서 온천욕을 할 수 있게끔 되어 있구요. 온천수를 계속 흘려보내는 방식인데 온천수 자체도 상당히 뛰어나고 특히나 방에서 생각날 때 마다 온천욕을 할 수 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 객실에 준비된 어매너티도 매우 훌륭했구요. 그리고 일본 료칸의 경우 화장실 자체가 매우 작은데 와라쿠의 화장실은 고급스럽고 충분한 공간을 자랑합니다. 파우더 룸까지 잘 되어 있어서 여성분들에게 특히 편할 것 같구요. 객실 내부에는 조그만 싱크대와 식탁도 있어서 맥주나 가벼운 요리를 먹기에도 그만입니다. 침구류도 굉장히 포근하고 쾌적했으며, 다른 고급 료칸에 비해서도 질적으로 매우 뛰어났습니다. 그리고 료칸에서 제공하는 유카타도 다른 료칸과는 굉장히 차별화된 점을 보여주는데요. 와라쿠에서 특별 제작한 것으로 보이는데 감촉이 정말 포근하고 다른 유카타와는 차원이 다릅니다. 판매도 하는데 비싸서 구매는 못했구요. 알아 보니 일본에서도 유명한 천연소재로 옷을 제작하는 회사에서 만든 유카타 였습니다. 이런 부분들이 굉장히 세심하게 느껴졌고 투숙하는 내내 편안한 휴식을 위해 많은 도움이 되었습니다. 와라쿠의 특징 중 하나가 12세인지 13세 미만은 투숙을 할 수 없다는 점 입니다. 어린 자녀가 있는 분들은 불편 사항이겠지만 연인 또는 부부라도 자녀 없이 휴식을 원하시는 분들께는 최상의 조건이 아닌가 싶습니다. 마지막으로 근무 하시는 분들도 모두 친절하고 정중했으며, 너무 과하지 않은 편한 서비스를 제공해 주어 묶는 내내 편안하고 즐거웠습니다.
