"The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. Food was good and the lounge area around the fireplace was a great spot to relax after a long day. The hotel itself like many in the area is in need of an update but was perfect for us."
