「We had asked in advance to have a 1st floor unit as my wife is handicapped and really can't and should not be climbing stairs. We communicated via email and was confirmed that would be taken care of. We did a late check in where they leave the key in a lock box. It was late night and it was a 2nd floor room. 「When we booked our stay we read the reviews and they were mostly good but numerous people reported having their keys stop working. I thought it would great if that was my only complaint but low and behold, after getting in the room at breakfast, we get home from a long day out and about and our keys don’t work. Over our 5 day stay we had 8 keys. A small but large annoying “ feature”.」

「Hotel was what I expected nothing more and nothing less. The staff however was wonderful, I believe the night attendant is Arianna was very attentive. But I really have to give a shout out to the make manager that inspite of the hotel being at full capacity, handled himself as a true hero. He was attentive, kind and very customer oriented.
