The staff were friendly, but I was disappointed with a few things during my stay. I noticed stains on the bed sheet, which made the room feel less clean than expected. The lobby, pool, and other common areas were much smaller than they appeared online. Also, when I checked in, no one showed me to my room—the receptionist just told me, “The elevator is at the end of the hallway, go to the 21st floor and find your room.” Overall, the service was polite, but the cleanliness and overall experience could be improved.
