「Hotel was getting a new roof. The room we reserved ended up having a tar smell as a result. We went to request a new room and the front desk was very understanding and moved us into an, upgraded room with a way better view. The staff was friendly and quick to resolve the situation. Very happy with the hitel and staff. We will stay here again.」

「Incorrectly booked another hotel for the wrong night. Cora took us in last minute and was gracious to all of us, even making up a second bed last minute and bringing milk for evening tea.
