「Asked to extend our stay by one day at check-in and was told our room was not available, but could request another room under a separate reservation for the extra day. Asked if we could just have the other room for 3 days and were denied since we used Expedia for our original reservation. Also, we were denied our request for a 1-hour late checkout. 「The room were were assigned had the bed literally on the floor. I had knee surgery 3 months ago and for having the bed so low was an issue for me. Breakfast was the same for two days not my preferred style. Egg and cheese omelet with then being overcooked and crust on the edges. Also breakfast was chicken sausage and not my preference.」

「I was on the second floor (even number room) and during the night I kept hearing the AC fans going on and off every 10 seconds once/minute. I asked them to change my room and for a new room on the third floor, opposite side. There wasn't a smoke detector in my room just the wires, and it was quite noisy with other guests.
