I wish the elevator shaft worked as we were on the 3rd floor, however, the hotel did offer a different room, but I preferred to stay on the top floor so there is less noise. They had very good eggs and grapefruit for breakfast, wish there was more of a variety of food like maybe croissants or muffins. Other than that, a very nice comfortable stay.」

「What a pleasant surprise finding this place. I was a clean, comfortable beautiful quaint inn. We loved being able to enjoy our morning coffee on the porch in their comfy rockers. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. (the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies mid-afternoon were a nice treat). We would definitely stay here again.」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「The room reservation was booked and prepaid one day in advance. The confirmation email and the transaction receipt were received promptly. During a call to the motel front desk to confirm their receipt of the prepaid booking, clerk advised that it could take up to 48 hours for the reservation to manifest through the reservation system and not to worry. When I arrived the next evening, the reservation was not pulling up on the in-house reservation system. The front desk clerk on duty obtained...

If you like sunsets over the water you don't need to go to the beach, the Susquehanna is wide and slow and the adirondack chairs are in a perfect spot to sip cocktails and watch the joggers on the river walk and see the sun work its way into the hills.」
