「The room was clean. Air conditioner was noisy to the point of keeping me awake. The TV would lose the signal constantly. Front office manager said it was because of the WiFi signal. That should not be the guests problem.」

「Friendly staff. We needed maintenance at 10pm for the AC and the young man who came was amazing! He even came back to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast bar closes down at 9:30 which is a little early but good selection. My only complaint was about housekeeping. The room was very clean but the shampoo bottle and hand soap were empty. 「A little mixup with our reservation. We added a day and didn't get the same room. They did tell us there wouldn't be a problem. Came back to see everything in our room moved. They left us a message in Expedia ( who cks that) never called us. Very disappointing. Room was terrible first floor loud all night and morning. Our room was next to the patio so everyone was out there late and first thing in the morning. Not sure I would go back.」
