「1. Parking: This was used by nearby workmen's 4 wheel drives, to park around the clock for their shifts on Vic Big Build. Big engines backed into the unit doors, changing at hours in the middle if the night. We returned to our unit at 5 pm on 2 occasions, to have no parking. It was organised 30 minutes later, when workmen finished the shift on nearby worksite. Hot water was a disaster, a problem of cheap installation.
