"The rooms were very clean and anytime there was a problem in your room or needed anything they were right there to bring it to you. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating but everything was in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great this hotel also has a lazy river which we saw lots of people taking advantage of it. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like it for the quietness. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast but we weren’t to concerned about that i usually cooked my own breakfast or we ate breakfast out. We will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we go to the Smokey Mountains."

"We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was professional and friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean water was very hot. Pool area and hot tub areas were clean and kept well. The only con was that breakfast does not start until 8:00 a.m. and is only until 10:00 a m. and I wish they had waffles. Not everybody is a fan of biscuits and gravy! "
