"We had an amazing stay at Casa Azulai in Puebla. The location couldn’t be better—just a few blocks from the Zócalo, making it easy for us to walk and explore the city. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautiful, with incredibly comfortable beds and soft sheets that made every night relaxing. Honestly, all the pictures fall short compared to how stunning this hotel really is. The colonial architecture throughout the property is truly breathtaking and made our stay feel even more special. The staff were always so kind and welcoming, and they even held our luggage for a few hours after checkout, which helped us enjoy our last day without rushing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Casa Azulai to anyone visiting Puebla!"

"Great staff who were extremely helpful throughout our stay, very large room with bathroom, shower and all that was needed and in an outstanding location in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. "10 min walk to Zocalo. No dining facilities other than very few street vendors. Area around seems like old, closed businesses or homes. Hotel is beautifully renovated & staff are very friendly & helpful. Neighbourhood needs to be restored to make this hotel work. While great value for stay, next visit I would stay closer to Zocalo."
