"I like the location as it is convenient and close to lots of interesting things. But the hotel itself is very old. The toilets were not flushing properly. It was hot in the rooms and we had no control on the thermostat. The entrance smell like fish all the time."

The guy who made my tea on day 2 didn’t seem to know what he was doing, couldn’t find the milk and made the worst tea ever, which I paid for. That morning I felt hassled 6 times by other staff when I’d booked an extra night. I had to keep explaining and in the end went to reception. First the guy knocked 4 times and then a woman asking the same thing. Previously, it was better. "

The reception staff on the night shifts were extremely unprofessional, chaotic and quite rude. Hema particularly was exceptionally rude. The staff gave my colleague a key to my room which was totally unacceptable for any hotel to do and my colleague walked into my room late at night. Fortunately it was a colleague of mine and not a random person but extremely poor. The night security manager was also extremely unprofessional and made you feel uncomfortable coming into the hotel any time they were working in reception. Extremely poor level of service! "
