「Very attentive host who was friendly and talkative. Great breakfast and very comfortable room. 」

「I must say the size of our suite was impressive. What was more impressive was the cleanliness of the room. Our super king size bed had a supremely comfortable mattress, the room came with a small kitchenette area which we didn't use and plenty of tea and coffee etc and the muffins were a bonus. The bathroom was large and spotless with a great walk-in shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Sleep quality brilliant and we would recommend this property 」

「Exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities, and a fabulous welcome. We stayed in Tufted Owl overlooking the High Street - a bit ‘rumbly’ if a big vehicle went past, but there’s very little traffic in town at night. The noise didn’t affect me at all. Beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was over at The Crown (we were given a breakfast card each) which was amazing. We’re definitely coming back. 」

「A very welcoming village pub. Food was great and the room we had (family room) was clean, fresh laundry and spacious. Great value as well. Breakfast was perfect portion size and a tasty start to our day. We would definitely go back. 」

「Friendly staff, good bar downstairs, and good breakfast with proper fried bread! Room was a little dated and i didnt find any towels (mayve you need to ask for them?), but as i was only there for one night i didnt worry too much.」

「Overall great stay - it's a lovely location and food is splendid. But we did request to move room after first night due to the noise of a boiler attached to other side of the wall in room 1. The manager made this move very easy, but of course it would be a different story if they had been fully booked.」

「When I went to check in the person behind the counter told me I did not have a reservation. This then began a series of events that caused significant stress. My phone was out of power as was my lap top. I took my lap top to a neighboring hotel where I was able to see I DID have a reservation. That person was not there when I returned but check in was fine. When I eventually saw the person in question he said I must have made the reservation that day with no apology」
