The thermostat of the air-conditioner in the room don't work, temperature set at 22 degrees but the room was at 17 degrees the whole night. Bedside handheld phone not working, need to use speaker to talk. Lighting with broken light bulb. Room service breakfast provided with empty salt mill, ordered 2 omelettes and only provided 1 set of cutlery.

我是去工作的，但是住宿房間讓我覺得有渡假的感覺。住宿的房客都非常有秩序，感覺整體而言就是有高水平的氣氛。也使用Room service breakfast

性价比超低的破五星酒店
非常糟糕的五星级酒店，非常对不起这个价格。房间的新风系统应该是有问题的，空气很差。浴室更糟糕，在里面洗澡就是灾难，洗澡时一直鼻敏感，喷嚏连连。暖气片是坏的，工作人员来的时候，只会说无能为力。纸巾没了，打电话去要，居然等了两天才送到！

Good place to rest!
I stayed for a week time in Westin Palace Milan and its wonderful for everything except the breakfast is always the same everyday. The location and the room is very good, i can go to any place in Milan easily. I will come back here for my business trip soon!

Amazing Hotel for couples and Even Honeymoon
I Love this hotel so much. I booked a "Classic Room" and there are 2 sets of Toilet included. Which is very very convenient for couples. The room service is great, the food is so nice. it's definately a great choice for couples and even honeymoon. the bar and the restaurant is great also, and the best part is this hotel is very close to metro. highly recommended! will definately try to come back!

地理位置優越又方便，距離火車站不遠，要到其他地區都很方便。鄰近一些知名景點，房間很乾淨漂亮，員工服務態度親切，是值得推薦的好飯店。

過往輝煌的老舊飯店
近地鐵站的飯店，裝修可見以往的輝煌，但是現場已顯老舊，房間清潔很乾淨，但是房內陳舊的氣味及髒污的窗簾地毯欠缺維護更換。早餐普通，服務人員不足。可惜了這樣規模的知名連鎖飯店。

wonderful stay at westin palace
All staff are very helpful。 concierge help as travel guide which save us a lot of time and we can manage to watch the Da vinci last supper wall painting。hotel also has also offered surprised birthday cake to my wife who is SPG member。must recommend this hotel to others

酒店设施比较陈旧，比较古典，服务没有达到5星标准，入住就被扣除100欧的押金，位置比较偏，离火车站有点距离，整体一般。

This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out why. My room was massive! My girlfriend, &. I both showered at the same time in different showers! Which is probably great, if you wait until the last min to get ready in the morning, and are running behind. lol The room also had a Suna, or steam room in it! My room seriously needed to be updated! However, my Tv was huge, & my bed was incredibly soft, & comfortable! The front desk had the kitchen prepare my girlfriend, & I 2 box breakfasts to go! We had breakfast included, but we had to be at the meeting point for our tour to Portofino at 7am the same time breakfast opens at the hotel. Had a great stay at the Westin, just wish my room was updated!

Very bad service and check in experience
At check in they gave us the wrong room. The booking was for a room with two twin beds. Instead I got a room for one king size bed. I went down to ask to change and there was a long queue at the reception. Only one person doing check-in and at least 10 people on line. I finally get a room with two twin beds but I was downgraded. I got a standard room but paid for a superior room. At that point I was too tired to go back on complain. All this is really unacceptable for a five star hotel.

Nothing compared to usual Marriott standards. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Would not recommend a stay here while at Milan
