I lIke the location because it’s quiet and it’s next to a metro station. Breakfast is also very good. I will stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms weren't really suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. Air conditioning was in the hotel but not available to be switched on as main unit was turned off due to season even though rooms and areas in hotel were hot.

Great find for our family trip. The hotel Is clean and well maintained, we had connecting rooms which was perfect as we‘re travelling with our 2 teenagers. The hotel is situated right next a Metro station so it’s super easy to get into Duomo without the stress of taking the car. The bar was nice and friendly. The only thing that let it down very slightly was the fact that the restaurant was closed, they were doing food in the bar, so you could still eat but it wasn’t great. Mine was cold and my daughters was bland. But other than that the hotel is fab and the staff were all great. We would stay again.

This hotel was close to the Teatro Acrimboldi Milano and away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core. It was on the subway line and it was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent

Brilliant.

Wonderul stay. The location is a little bit outside the city but right outside the train station which has one of main metro lines connecting to the centre which is very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and staff were friendly.

We passed 2 nights in Milan. The room is very clean, with a very comfortable bed. It was easy to park the car close to hotel and visit the city by metro (metro station is just behind the hotel).

Pretty good but hot

Overall above average hotel for Europe but the a/c was terrible and the room was hot. Beds should probably be replaced soon. Staff was very friendly

Check in made easy. The reception staff was nice and friendly and very attentive as well. A special shout-out to the attendant at the bar during the dinner time. Not sure what his name was but he was super friendly and quick with his service. I struggled with the language barrier in ordering but he was very kind.

Inside clean but outside disgusting

Clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Near train station and their are 1 shopping mall and 1 Lidl supermarket. Surrounding area is very poor and dirty. Feels like unsafe area. Lots of dump garbage and broken furniture on the street. There is nothing to do after dark.

Overall good experience. The one thing that was not convincing to me was the surrounding area of th hotel. The neighbourhood is fairly dirty, noisy, I didn’t feel the safest. Another thing that I did not like was the fact the bathroom was not the cleanest and I found food that was stuck to the bench by the close. I am a clean freak and I can not expect for all hotels to be up to my standard. Regardless, the staff was welcoming especially the front desk.

A standard hotel with not accepted customer care.

You can expect a standard hotel, but don't expect a fair play of hotel staff. They are doing all just take money from quests. Lying to customers about fix taxi price (in order to sell their drivers), not room service as they promised...
